We are seeking a proactive Facilities & Operations Executive to support day-to-day building operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all facility services across our India offices.
The role includes vendor coordination, managing facility documentation, tracking operational tasks, and supporting compliance and reporting activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and service partners to maintain efficient, well-managed workplace operations.
Coordinate daily facility operations (housekeeping, security, maintenance follow-ups).
Manage vendors, AMCs, service schedules, and track issue resolution.
Maintain documentation, reports, and statutory compliance records.
Communicate with occupants/tenants and handle operational requests.
Assist in budget tracking, invoice verification, and cost monitoring.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely corrective action.
2 – 4 years of experience
Hands-on experience in administrative coordination, task tracking, MIS/reporting, and improving operational efficiency through digital tools.
Strong coordination and administrative skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of Building management and facility operations
Proficient in task tracking, process automation, and using digital tools to improve operational efficiency.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Proficiency in MIS/Reporting
