We need passion. We’re looking for a senior B2B sales professional that’s execution-oriented and an expert in software development. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll report directly to the CEO as you capitalize on our current success, accelerate our fast-growing account base, and position our portfolio of consulting & software development services in the US market, including Strategy Consulting, Design Services, and Software Development.
How you can make a difference.
Work with the CEO to define a go-to-market strategy for the US region and own all new business acquisition
Generate leads from industry and networking events, working with our marketing team to ensure the appropriate field support
Spend a significant portion of time in the field yourself, developing and leveraging relationships through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, or social outings
Reach out to your existing contacts to develop new leads
Nurture new leads, whether they originate from your own efforts, referrals, marketing programs, or our inside sales team
Identify and prioritize opportunities and collaborate with our pre-sales team to create winning proposals
Own the sales funnel, ensuring that enough leads are touched at the top and managed through each stage to become high-quality and winnable deals
Manage your customer relationships with project managers to ensure service delivery is maintaining project profitability and customer satisfaction targets
Define marketing campaigns and create high-quality content to generate inbound leads
Work with ONE BCG technical leadership to align the business with customer requirements.
What all you need.
10+ years in sales, including 5+ years in selling design, engineering, or consulting services, and working with large complex solutions
A proven track record of creating high-caliber business relationships that last for multiple years and generate multimillion-dollar contracts
Thought leadership and specific knowledge of key topics including emerging technology trends and cutting-edge developments within the industry
Successful track record of selling large software and integration projects
Proven high-level understanding of software development technologies and capabilities
The ability to identify and open new accounts, as well as having an existing network within innovation management communities, spanning startups, corporate intrapreneurs, and influencers
A proven ability to consistently meet and over-achieve sales targets
A demonstrated capability to manage all phases of the business development process from market planning, personal outreach, and lead identification through to deal development
The ability to develop and maintain an accurate database of industry contacts
Sales activity reporting and participation in the RFP process.
