Sr. Financial Analyst
ONE BCG - ONE Business Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance Analyst/TL to join our dynamic team. This person will play a crucial role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and delivering accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international finance and accounting, with hands-on experience in data processing, analysis, and reporting.
How you can make a difference.
Expertise with G Suite, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, MYOB, and other relevant tools to perform data processing, analysis, and reporting.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of GAAP and statutory accounting principles to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
Manage and coordinate various accounting and financial processes, including planning, resource management, and problem-solving.
Develop and deliver insightful financial reports and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external stakeholders to convey complex financial information clearly.
What all you need.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in the KPO industry (US accounting experience preferred).
Proficiency in Gsuite, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, MYOB, and other relevant financial tools.
In-depth understanding of GAAP and statutory accounting principles.
Strong experience in data processing, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, coordination, and resource management skills.
High proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
