These designs will be used for marketing materials, presentations, print, websites, and other design initiatives that support marketing efforts. You must be self-motivated with the ability to make progress on your own, but also be able to communicate well with the Marketing team. - Passionate for designing and creating flawless designs with versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
- Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas
- Design and develop graphics for the website using graphic designing skills, as per company standards
- Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media - including infographics
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc)
- Ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project development
- Thoroughly understand and follow the branding/Asset guidelines and apply them on designs
- Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, style, and related aesthetic concepts
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
- Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
Minimum Qualifications:

- 1+ years designing experience
- Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
- Creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in all design aspects
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
