As a Senior Business Analyst, you will engage with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements through meetings and discussions. Your focus will be on designing workflows and user interfaces, as well as documenting business processes. You will analyse information to identify process optimization opportunities and formulate actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will facilitate meetings to validate processes and present findings, collaborating closely with team members to implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

Design and optimise workflows and user interfaces to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations, implementing best practices to enhance performance and reduce inefficiencies.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit feedback, validate processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Deep competitor or off the shelf product analysis.
Ensure all documentation and processes comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Develop training materials and guides to support implementing processes and systems.
What all you need.
6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on documentation and process optimization in the finance domain.
Proven expertise in designing workflows and documenting technical processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
Proficiency in tools for documentation and process mapping (e.g., Figma, Visio, Lucidchart).
Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
