We are seeking a dynamic & passionate HR Superhero for our India offices to become an integral part of the ONE BCG team! As part of a human resources team, you will be responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line.

Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing to offer - ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, events, and internal databases.
Drive the interview process, including scheduling, coordination, feedback collection, and reference checks.
Support HR policy implementation and ensure adherence to internal processes and statutory compliance.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding formalities, including documentation and system updates.
Handle employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and internal communication.
Maintain employee records, track attendance and leaves, and assist in preparing HR reports.
Manage office administration tasks, including vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management.
Support benefits administration, travel management, and event coordination.
Serve as a point of contact for internal operational queries and support cross-functional HR initiatives.
2–4 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably including IT roles.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and managing employee databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with employees across all levels.
Experience in office administration—handling vendors, procurement, and facilities management.
High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong sense of ownership with a focus on accountability and delivering results
Takes full responsibility for assigned work and sees it through to completion.
