We are looking for an experienced Facilities & Operations Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well functioning.

The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.

How you can make a difference.

  • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments

  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards

  • Inspect building’s structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations

  • Review utilities, consumption of essentials, and strive to minimize costs

  • Supervise all facilities staff (supervisors, technicians, etc.) and external contractors

  • Control facilities management activities like parking, space allocation, waste disposal, building security, etc.

  • Allocate office space according to needs

  • Handle insurance plans and service contracts

  • Keep financial and non-financial records

  • Perform analysis and forecasting

What all you need.

  • Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position with experience of Years or above

  • Senior Military Officers (Major, Lt. Colonel, Colonel, Brigadier or above from Indian Army or equivalent in Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard or Indian Police Services/ Central Police Services or Indian Allied Services/ State Civil Services) with Administration & Operations Experience are highly encouraged to apply

  • High levels of ownership, integrity, result orientation & sense of urgency

  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices

  • Can work independently without supervision

  • Strong team management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills

  • Extremely good negotiation skills

  • Good analytical/critical thinking

  • BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field

  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. MBA. CFM) will be an advantage
