As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational and strategic delivery leadership. You will be responsible for the overall management and implementation of complex and/or enterprise-grade multifaceted projects. You will actively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive effective NPS for all of our delivery engagements. You will act as a problem solver to ensure solutions to any roadblocks that may come in the delivery life cycle.

Own the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-grade client projects from inception to closure.
Manage engagement risks proactively, serving as an escalation point and protective shield for the delivery team.
Define, develop, and oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
Track and manage day-to-day workflows to meet delivery deadlines consistently.
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Coordinate resources and prepare project teams for kickoffs and milestone achievements
Ensure the team maintains high competence and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor weekly task progress and communicate risks and updates during stakeholder reviews.
Develop, implement, and continuously update risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Minimize risks across multiple concurrent projects and programs
Capture and document best practices, case studies, and key learnings to enhance the client solutions playbook.
Lead presentations on project outcomes, success factors, and lessons learned to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new or enhanced standards and processes.

Experience: 8+ Years
Strong understanding of SDLC
Good understanding of Agile and hands-on experience with Jira
Extensive background in developing and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle
Understanding of how to mitigate risk and protect both client and internal stakeholders
Strong ability to know where clarity is needed or where issues are likely to arise
Drive and coordinate crisis management
Possess adaptability and an ability to learn quickly
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
