We are hunting for a KPO Lead to become an integral part of our ONE BCG team! The ideal candidate will be the one who thrives in a fast - paced environment,relishes in solving entrenched problems and is good at playing with numbers.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze accounting records and be able to clearly articulate and document accounting transactions/ processes / reconciliations / financial reporting to clients, external audit firms, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and adjusting department procedures, systems enhancements and achieving department’s efficiency goals /Recognize and act on opportunities to improve processes including developing and making recommendations for change
  • Assist with the new business processes while working with Finance Manager and Financial Analysts
  • Involved in providing strategic research, market research, financial services research, analytics, and competitive intelligence monitoring
  • Assist in automating the repetitive tasks and achieve efficiency and accuracy
  • Managing accounts for India, US, UK and AU markets
  • Responsible for all accounting, taxation and financial statutory compliances of the company/clients- India and overseas
  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations and responsible for quality and timely completion of all projects
  • Responsible for maintaining quality & productivity targets
  • Plan and coordinate with support teams to ensure all required resources are available to meet production targets
  • Responsible for developing strong interpersonal relationships with the team
  • Coach and counsel team members to enhance performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/MBA preferred
  • At least 4 - 6 years of experience in International finance & accounting ,preferable last 3 years in the KPO industry
  • Experience and expertise in effectively using financial accounting tools such as Quickbooks,MYOB etc
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Knowledge of Statutory accounting principles
  • Strong Functional/Domain experience in Data Processing, Analysis and Reporting.
  • Knowledge & awareness of statutory compliances and updates
  • Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills. GS Suite knowledge and experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of strategic business processes
  • Excellent operational acumen
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving aptitude
  • Effective people management Skills
