We are seeking a Rental Sales Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the building construction industry.

You will be responsible for liaisoning between the company and customers as well as build strong, long-lasting relationships by providing an improved customer experience, maintaining ongoing communication, and facilitating solutions to address concerns.

  • Supervise the portfolio of existing clients, develop new business with them, and seek new sales opportunities.

  • Act as liaisons between the company and customers as well as build strong, long-lasting relationships by providing an improved customer experience, maintaining ongoing communication, and facilitating solutions to address concerns.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's organizational mission, business priorities, and strategic plans.

  • Manage the department asset to achieve the budgeted profitability and rental goals.

  • Develops and implements processes to enhance sales.

  • Manage marketing campaigns through direct mail, phone, and internet and conducted face-to-face sales calls with prospects

  • Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.

  • Manage the commercial agreements between the company and its customers

  • Work closely with customers to make sure they understand the responsibilities of the rental agreement.

  • Contractual and commercial negotiations with our customers in close cooperation with our management, and technical sales and supported by central functions like legal, finance, tax, logistics, export control, global mobility, procurement, etc.

  • Training and development will be in the job scope as well.

What all you need.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred

  • 4+ years of sales experience with a history of overachieving targets in a market-leading technology organisation

  • Commercial specification/sales experience

  • Strong Presentation and Client Relationships skills

  • Tenant Acquisition

  • Skilled in Negotiation, Marketing Management, Business Planning, Market Research and Sales

  • Ability to develop profitability models and other analytical tools

  • Commercial HVAC/ MultiFamily knowledge

  • Very strong communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to think “outside of the box”

  • Ability to manage own workload

  • Ability to relate to clients (internal and External)

  • Good Time Management Skills
